THE BOER & VARK
The Boer & Vark Kuierplek is a trendy local eatery in the heart of Oudtshoorn. The name refers to Dolphins in the colloquial Southern Cape Afrikaans. At the B&V, we try to source local, fresh seasonal produce to present the best burger in the region, choose between ostrich, beef or chicken with a variety of sauces, made freshly daily from scratch. We don’t want to brag, but at Die B&V we stock the largest selection of South African Craft beers and Gins, with Bloedlemoen Gin on tap as one of our unique attributes. Come and experience the Klein Karoo at its best at this trendy local. We do local lekker.
